The seal of the town, until otherwise directed, shall be a circular scroll inscribing the words “Town of Sullivan’s Island” and the figures “1975.” The seal shall be kept in the custody of the Town Clerk, who shall affix it to all deeds of real estate executed on behalf of the town, all notes, bonds and other evidences of indebtedness executed on behalf of the town, all certifications on behalf of the town, and to such other instruments as the Town Council shall direct.
