Pursuant to S.C. Code §§ 6-29-510 et seq., Council does hereby adopt, approve and ratify the “Town of Sullivan’s Island Comprehensive Plan 2018-2028,” dated August 20, 2019, a copy of which is attached to the ordinance codified herein and incorporated herein by reference.
