§ 35.10 ENDORSEMENT OF PLATS BEFORE RECORDATION.
   No plat of a subdivision of land within the limits of the town shall be filed or recorded in the office of the Register of Mesne Conveyance until the approval of the Planning Commission shall have been endorsed thereon by the Planning Commission Chairperson, or in his or her absence the Vice-Chairperson.
