§ 34.03 PROCEEDINGS TO BE SUMMARY; JURY TRIAL UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
   Persons charged in Municipal Court shall be speedily tried in a summary manner without a jury unless jury trial is demanded by the accused.
