§ 32.070 DEPARTMENT OF STREETS AND MAINTENANCE AND OFFICE OF SUPERINTENDENT THEREOF ESTABLISHED.
   A Department of Streets and Maintenance hereby is created. The Superintendent of Streets and Maintenance shall be appointed by the Town Council and shall administer the Department, subject to the direction and supervision of Town Council or its Committee on Streets and Maintenance, acting through its Chairperson.
