§ 32.056 DUTIES OF SUPERINTENDENT OF WATER AND SEWER.
   (A)   The Superintendent of Water shall be responsible for enforcement of code provisions, ordinances, rules and regulations applicable to the water system in the town and shall have full police power with respect thereto.
   (B)   The Superintendent of Sewers shall be responsible for enforcement of the code provisions, ordinances, rules and regulations applicable to the sewer system in the town and shall have full police power with respect thereto.
