§ 32.055 WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICES OF SUPERINTENDENT THEREOF ESTABLISHED.
   A Water Department of the town and the office of Superintendent of Water are hereby created. Likewise, a Sewer Department of the town and the office of Superintendent of Sewer hereby are created. The Superintendent of Water and Superintendent of Sewers shall be appointed by the Town Council and shall administer the departments, subject to the direction and supervision of the Town Council or its Water and Sewer Committee, acting through its Chairperson.
