The Chief Building Inspector shall have the right to establish a schedule of appropriate fees for any owner, operator or person establishing a new discharge to waters of the state within the town. Such fees shall be payable as part of any application related to the discharge of stormwater run-off. Application fees shall be established on the basis of facility classes relating to the quantity and quality of approved discharge. Establishment and revision of such fees shall be approved by Town Council.
