§ 32.040 FIRE DEPARTMENT AND OFFICE OF FIRE CHIEF ESTABLISHED.
   A Fire Department for the town and the office of Fire Chief are hereby created. The Fire Department shall be administered by the Fire Chief, appointed by and subject to the direction and supervision of the Town Council or its Fire Committee, acting through its Chairperson. The Department’s second in command shall be the Assistant Fire Chief of the town.
