§ 155.048 TOWN’S STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (SWMP).
   The SWMP which has been developed by the town to implement the purposes of this chapter shall serve as the basis for directing the town’s efforts to control stormwater run-off and discharge. The SWMP is incorporated by reference and is hereby a part of this chapter. The SWMP requirements are to be complied with and shall be enforced in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
