Whenever the provisions of this chapter impose more restrictive standards than are required in or under any other law, regulation or ordinance, the requirements contained in the provisions of this chapter shall prevail. Whenever the provisions of any other law, regulation or ordinance impose more restrictive standards than are required in the provisions of this chapter, the requirements of such law, regulation or ordinance shall prevail.
