§ 32.027 UNIFORM ORDINANCE SUMMONS.
   (A)   The town does hereby adopt the Uniform Ordinance Summons in the form presented to Council duly assembled, and further authorizes all law enforcement officers and code enforcement officers of the town to enforce all ordinances and codes of the town as from time to time may be amended by citing the violation on the Uniform Ordinance Summons and the service of the Uniform Ordinance Summons on any such violator.
   (B)   Nothing contained in this section shall prohibit the town nor any of its law enforcement or code enforcement officers from enforcing ordinances by means otherwise authorized by law.
