§ 155.028 DURATION OF FEE.
   The fees established by this chapter have been adopted by Town Council. This fee will be reviewed, evaluated and amended as necessary in order to address the town’s stormwater program needs/deficiencies and small municipal separate storm sewer system (SMS4) general permit requirements.
