§ 32.025 POLICE DEPARTMENT AND OFFICE OF CHIEF OF POLICE ESTABLISHED.
   A Police Department of the town and the office of Chief of Police are hereby created. The Chief of Police shall be appointed by Town Council and shall administer the Department, subject to the direction of the Town Council or its Police Committee, acting through its Chairperson. The Department’s second in command shall be the Assistant Chief of Police of the town.
