§ 155.001 DESIGNATION AND AUTHORITY.
   This chapter may be cited as the Stormwater Management Utility Chapter and is adopted pursuant to S.C. Code §§ 48-14-10 et seq. and 5-7-30; and S.C. Code Regulations §§ 72-300 et seq. and 5-31-10 et seq.
