§ 154.99 PENALTY.

Any owner who neglects or refuses to obey said order (provided by § 154.02) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in § 10.99. In addition thereto, any such owner shall be subject to the procedures provided in Chapter 92 for the abatement of nuisances and threats to public health.
