§ 32.006 TOWN ADMINISTRATOR POSITION ESTABLISHED.
   The Town Council may create the office of Town Administrator, who shall function in the Department of General Administration. The title may be assigned solely to one person, or may be assigned as an additional title to a person holding another office of the town.
