§ 153.07 BASIS FOR ESTABLISHING THE AREAS OF SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD.
   This chapter shall apply to all areas of special flood hazard within the jurisdiction of the town as identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in its Flood Insurance Study, dated January 29, 2021, with the accompanying maps and other supporting data that are hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter.
