(A) Every day of failure or refusal to comply with any order of the Public Safety and Housing Officer issued pursuant to § 151.26, on and after the effective date of such order (except when such order has been stayed by an appeal to Town Council under the provisions of § 151.31) and every day of failure or refusal to comply with any order of the Town Council issued pursuant to § 151.31 (except when such order has been stayed by appeal to or certiorari from the Court of Common Pleas for the county) shall constitute a separate violation and each such separate violation shall be punishable by imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or a fine of not more than $500.

(B) Every other violation of this chapter or any part thereof shall be punishable by imprisonment of not more than 30 days or a fine of not more than $500.
