§ 151.28 REMOVAL OR DEMOLITION OF BUILDING WHEN OWNER FAILS TO COMPLY WITH ORDER.
   If the owner fails to comply with an order to remove or demolish the dwelling, as provided in § 151.26, the Public Safety and Housing Officer may cause such dwelling to be removed or demolished.
