§ 151.07 FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH AUTHORIZED NOTICE OR ORDER.

It shall be unlawful for the owner of any dwelling or dwelling unit unfit for human habitation under the provisions of this chapter to fail to comply with any notice or order to repair, vacate or demolish such dwelling unit issued by any person authorized by this chapter to issue such notice or order.
