In accordance with the provisions of S.C. Code §§ 5-7-30 et seq., there are hereby established standards for dwelling units fit and unfit for human habitation, all as hereinafter provided. The remedies herein provided are cumulative to those provided in the Standard Building Code, heretofore adopted pursuant to the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as amended, being S.C. Code § 6-9-5.
