§ 150.55 SIGN OR SIGNBOARD DEFINED.
   Whenever used and referred to in this subchapter, SIGN or SIGNBOARD shall mean any writing, letter, word, numeral, picture, illustration, emblem, symbol, trademark, flag, banner, pennant or other figure or similar character which:
   (A)   Is visible to public view from a public street or way; or
   (B)   Is used to announce, direct attention or advertise.
