§ 150.20 REGULATION OF WATER-TO-AIR HEAT PUMPS.

Owners of water-to-air heat pumps shall be required to return discharged water to the town’s water table by means of a sprinkler system, a tile field or a series of dry wells. It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge such water into the town’s drainage or sewer systems.
