(A) The Town Administrator or his or her designee shall hold such hearings as are necessary, and upon a finding of an infraction collect the penalties due hereunder.
(B) The Police and Fire Departments, as well as all code enforcement personnel of the town, shall have the power to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
(C) A business license shall not be renewed if there are delinquent fines owed hereunder by an employer.
