§ 95.03 FAILURE TO COMPLY.
   Trailers and watercraft left in dunes or on the beach overnight without special permit will be towed at owner’s expense. Violations of this chapter shall be punishable in accordance with § 34.99(A). Owner and operator will be held liable for violations of § 95.02(A). The operator and owner, if aboard the watercraft, will be held liable for violations of § 95.02(B).
