Town resident watercraft owners shall purchase a green two-part, numbered permit (sticker) valid for one year. Non-resident watercraft owners shall purchase red two-part numbered permit (sticker) valid for one year. One part of the sticker shall be affixed to the boat, the other part of the sticker shall be affixed to trailer for watercraft transported onto the beach thereon. On a boat, the permit shall be affixed at starboard gunwale near the stern (on right side near rear). On a trailer, the permit shall be affixed on the tongue near the hitch.
