§ 94.30 POSSESSION OF PERMIT BY PARADE CHAIRPERSON.
   The parade chairperson or other person heading or leading the activity being conducted pursuant to a permit issued pursuant to this subchapter shall carry the parade permit in question upon his or her person during the conduct of the parade.
