§ 94.25 APPEAL TO TOWN COUNCIL FROM DENIAL.
   Any person aggrieved shall have the right to appeal the denial of a parade permit by the Chief of Police to the Town Council. The appeal shall be taken within 48 hours after notice. The Town Council shall act upon the appeal at its next regularly scheduled meeting, but no later than 20 days from the time of receipt of the appeal.
