§ 93.22 TRANSPORTATION AND USE OF CERTAIN SIGNALS FOR SAFE OPERATION OF BUSES, TRUCKS AND BOATS.
   Nothing contained in this subchapter shall be construed as prohibiting the use of signals necessary for the safe operation of buses, trucks or boats within the town, nor shall the provisions of this subchapter apply to any common carrier while acting as such, lawfully transporting or having custody of fireworks in interstate commerce or for the delivery within the town for use as provided in § 93.20, this section or in intrastate commerce for delivery to destination beyond the limits of the town.
