There is hereby created a board to be known as the Trustees of the Firemen’s Insurance and Inspection Fund, to consist of three persons who are hereby charged with the duties and responsibilities as set forth in the acts of the General Assembly of the state relating to the fireman’s fund tax. The Board shall consist of the Mayor, the Chairperson of the Fire Committee of Town Council and the Chief of the Town Fire Department.
