A reward of $100 is hereby granted to any informer for information leading to the conviction of a person violating any of the provisions of § 93.01; provided, that only one reward shall be paid in case of any one violation and conviction; provided further, that no employee of the town nor any Council member shall receive a reward for any information leading to the conviction of a person violating such section.
