(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B)
Any person who violated any of the provisions of § 90.05 and/or §§ 90.15 through 90.19 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than $500 and/or imprisoned for not more than 30 days in jail. The Municipal Judge shall have authority to hear cases made as a result of alleged violations of §§ 90.15 through 90.19.
