§ 70.064 POSSESSION OF UNLICENSED MOPED AS EVIDENCE OF VIOLATION.
   The possession or custody of a moped without the license tag required by this subchapter shall be prima facie evidence that the same was used or intended to be used in violation of the terms of this subchapter.
