§ 70.019 PROHIBITED FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES.
   No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon any roadway for the purposes of:
   (A)   Displaying it for sale;
   (B)   Advertising of any nature whatsoever; and/or
   (C)   Washing, greasing, storing or repairing such vehicle except repairs necessitated by emergency.
