§ 30.25 TEMPORARY FILLING OF VACANT OFFICE.
   The Mayor, in case of any vacancy that may occur in any town appointive office, or when any appointive town officer may be suspended, shall be authorized to appoint persons to fill such vacancies until they can be filled by the Town Council, or as provided by statute.
