§ 51.084 SEWER AND WATER SERVICE MAY BE TERMINATED FOR FAILURE TO PAY SEWER SERVICE CHARGES.

Upon failure of a person having a contract for sewer service to pay for such service when due, the town may terminate sewer service and water service, or either, to such person and such service shall not be resumed until all back charges are paid.
