§ 51.082 ESTABLISHMENT OF SEWER SERVICE CHARGES; FLAT RATE FOR PROPERTIES NOT USING TOWN WATER.

The Town Council shall establish by resolution and from time to time may so revise residential and commercial sewer service charges, which shall be based on water service charges.
