§ 51.053 DISCHARGE OF OTHER WASTES INTO SEWER SYSTEM PROHIBITED.
   No other material and substances, chemicals or chemical compounds or industrial wastes will be permitted to be discharged into the public sewer systems, except as heretofore provided.
