§ 30.23 POWER TO SUSPEND OFFICERS FOR DISOBEDIENCE OR MISCONDUCT.
   It shall be the duty of the Mayor, in case of the disobedience or misconduct of any of the town officers elected by the Town Council, to suspend such officer, if necessary, until the charges shall be heard and tried by the Council.
