§ 51.045 DISCHARGE OF STORMWATER, COLLECTING WATER AND THE LIKE INTO SEWERS PROHIBITED.

No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any stormwater, surface water, ground water, roof runoff, sub-surface drainage, uncontaminated cooling water or unpolluted industrial waters to any sanitary sewer.
