§ 30.06 VACANCY DURING TERM OF MAYOR OR COUNCIL MEMBERS.

A vacancy during the term of the Mayor or any Council member shall be filled for the remainder of the unexpired term at the next regular election or at a special election if the vacancy occurs 180 days or more prior to the next general municipal election.
