An owner of a mortgage or mortgages on real estate subject to town taxes may file a listing of said mortgage or mortgagees provided in S.C. Code §§ 12-49-210 to 12-49-300, and upon his or her compliance therewith the Sheriff shall give him or her 20 days’ notice of an impending sale for delinquent taxes, penalties, costs and charges, as therein provided.
