§ 38.010 REMEDY WHEN TAXPAYER QUESTIONS TAXES.
   A taxpayer who conceives that taxes or other charges have been assessed erroneously, unjustly or illegally against his or her property shall pay the taxes or charges notwithstanding under protest, and at any time within 30 days thereafter may bring in the Court of Common Pleas an action for the recovery thereof.
