§ 38.006 MAINTENANCE TO TAX RECORDS.
   The Town Clerk shall maintain appropriate books of account and records showing the taxes against each parcel of real or personal property, the name of the owner or owners, the amounts of taxes paid and such other information as shall be determined by the Council Committee on Ways and Means.
