§ 38.004 EXTENT OF EXEMPTION FOR ELDERLY OR DISABLED.
   The Town Council, in consideration of the state’s appropriation of funds to reimburse the town for municipal tax revenue not collected as a result thereof, shall exempt the property of certain elderly or disabled persons from municipal taxation to the extent provided by and under the terms and conditions imposed by applicable state law.
