§ 70.07 GENERAL SPEED LIMITS.

The maximum speed limit on all streets within the boundaries of the village shall be 35 mph, unless otherwise posted. The speed limit on old N.C.S.R. 1364 (the new addition to Sugar Mountain Drive beginning at N.C. Hwy 184 and proceeding southwest for approximately 0.4 miles) shall be 35 mph. All other state roads within the village limits shall have a speed limit of 35 mph (specifically N.C.S.R. 1369).
