§ 33.03 AUXILIARY PERSONNEL BENEFITS.

While undergoing official training and while performing duties on behalf of the village pursuant to orders to instructions of the Chief of Police of the village, auxiliary law enforcement personnel shall be entitled to benefits as may be established by the personnel policies and state law applicable to these individuals.
