A building permit for a building or structure to be erected, moved, extended, enlarged, or structurally altered, or for the excavation or filling of any lot for the construction of any building shall be obtained from the County Inspections Department. Prior to obtaining a building permit, an applicant must have received a certificate of zoning compliance from the Zoning Administrator.
