All above ground fuel storage tanks shall be located according to the table below. Said storage tanks shall be located underground or screened from view from all adjacent properties and rights-of-way. Screening material may include evergreen material which can reasonably be expected to completely screen said storage tanks, and/or architectural screens which shall blend with the building materials incorporated in the principal structure.
